The Building Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of buildings within our facilities.

Job Description

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on buildings, including structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, doors and windows, flooring, and other building components.Building work
  • Carpentry work - repair, rehung door. repair/replace lockset, Replace door/window accessories
  • Installation of partition/ceiling, repainting.
  • Floor finishes – carpet, vinyl and timber work.
  • Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment
Plumbing & sanitary work
  • Repair leakage
  • Replace sanitary parts
  • Part ordering for repairs as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment
  • Possess Professional Certificate or ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management

Job Description

  • Carrying out troubleshooting, repair maintenance for electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, electrical panels, and related equipment
  • To carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance

The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors and visitors.

Job Description

  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and investigations to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective measures where necessary
