Job Description

Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on buildings, including structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, doors and windows, flooring, and other building components.Building work

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment

The Mechanical Technician rwill esponsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment within the site.

The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees, contractors and visitors.
