Job Description
Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on buildings, including structural elements, interior and exterior finishes, doors and windows, flooring, and other building components.Building work- Carpentry work - repair, rehung door. repair/replace lockset, Replace door/window accessories
- Installation of partition/ceiling, repainting.
- Floor finishes – carpet, vinyl and timber work.
- Install and test new products, as well as demonstration to clients on the use and maintenance of installed equipment
- Repair leakage
- Replace sanitary parts
- Part ordering for repairs as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment
- Possess Professional Certificate or ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management

Job Description
- Carrying out troubleshooting, repair maintenance for electrical systems such as lighting, power distribution, electrical panels, and related equipment
- To carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance
- Attend to defects, complains and requests promptly
- Perform day to day inspection and logging of facility systems

Job Description

- Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services
