The Facilities Management Trainee is a highly motivated individual he or she will get to learn and develop essential skills in the facilities management industry. As a trainee, you will work closely with our experienced facilities management team and gain hands-on experience in various areas of facilities management.
Job Description
- Proactively manage and ensure timely execution of facilities preventive & corrective maintenance and renovation/ improvement works for offices and workshops in the plant
- Ensure PRs and POs are raised and timely executed, and all jobs are closed promptly in compliance with Finance and Procurement SOPs.
- Understand Company policies governing how to utilise Capex budget, how Fixed 4. Assets are depreciated and their general impact to P&L
- Support other sections (e.g. BCM, Safety) by providing facilities information
- Report to Facilities Manager and update regularly on status of on-going works
Requirements
- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Advance Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or equivalent
