Job Description
- Plan, execute and supervise all mechanical work at the site, such as air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing systems, fire suppression systems, and other mechanical systems for buildings.
- Supervising the installation and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring that they meet design specifications and are safe to operate.
- Overseeing the ongoing maintenance and repair of mechanical systems within the building, including routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Ensuring that mechanical systems are designed and operated in an energy-efficient manner, reducing the building's energy consumption and costs.
- Ensuring that all mechanical systems within the building meet relevant safety codes and standards
- Managing budgets and scheduling maintenance and repair work in a cost-effective and timely manner.
- Conducting weekly meeting to discuss and resolve technical issues faced
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation work carried out on mechanical systems, as well as any changes or upgrades made to the systems.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a facilities management role
