The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service by answering queries, resolving complaints, and providing information to customers.

Job Description

  • Attend to all incoming calls on enquires
  • Respond to calls as per established SOP and proper etiquette
  • Route matters to the appropriate support team
  • Create job orders and keep records of requests and interactions


  • At least one (1) year of relevant experience dealing with customers in a frontline / call center experience
  • At least three (3) ‘O’ level passes (including English), and Nitec or Equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering
