The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring high-quality customer service by answering queries, resolving complaints, and providing information to customers.
Job Description
- Attend to all incoming calls on enquires
- Respond to calls as per established SOP and proper etiquette
- Route matters to the appropriate support team
- Create job orders and keep records of requests and interactions
Requirements
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience dealing with customers in a frontline / call center experience
- At least three (3) ‘O’ level passes (including English), and Nitec or Equivalent in Mechanical/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering
