- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new clients and new markets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and growth
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure smooth implementation of sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory requirements
- Presentation to team on the business opportunities, write proposal and tender required submission
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering or a related field
- 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the facilities maintenance industry or a related field
